Agenda of the Meeting with Parents (September 29th, 2009)

1. Presentation of Internal Order Rules, School Regulation (student rights and duties), Work Safety Rules and PSI
2. Election of the Representative Committee of Parents in class
3. Setting themes of lectureship with parents
4. “Computer - friend of children" - Discussion
5. Involving students and parents in Comenius multilateral project

Visiting the Fruit Institute Maracineni

Two classes, the 5th class D and the 7th class C have just visited the Fruit Institute Maracineni, between Mioveni Town and Pitesti City. The pupils were accompanied by their form teachers, Mrs. Ana Tudor and Mrs. Mariana Radulescu. The biologists of the Institute have explained to the pupils a lot of interesting things about the fruit-trees.

The pupils have watched a PowerPoint presentation in the Grand Hall of the Institute, have visited the greenhouses, the laboratories, the fruit storage, and have talk to the staff working here. The nice way in which the pupils have been received was crowned by the invitation to serve apples, a real joy for the students.

At the Beginning of the School Year 2009 - 2010

I decided to make a site of my class. This year I am the form teacher of the 5th class D in "Liviu Rebreanu" School, Mioveni Town, Arges County, Romania. I am also their English teacher. We are at the beginning of the gymnasium. We'll work together in European projects like Comenius and e-Twinning and our partners will be able to see not only the sites of our projects but also this of our class. I'm sure my pupils will be my friends.
